• A passport

• Scanned copy of the valid passport o the applicant/visitor
• A coloured photograph of the applicant/visitor
• Proof of payment done by the applicant/visitor
• Travel itinerary of the applicant/visitor
• Valid email address of the applicant/visitor
• Confirmed air ticket of the applicant/visitor
• Hotel reservation or proof of accommodation
• Copy of previous Malaysia visa, if any
