Georgia- a Caucasian delight

Christened as Saqartvelo by its people, Georgia has a vast band of multicultural history to explore. Ancient chapels with antediluvian watchtowers sitting on scenic Caucasian mountains makes Georgia one of the most beautiful countries in the world. Svaneti is an ancient land with raw and untamed beauty engulfed in the Caucasian range. Concealed with white sheets of snow and breathtakingly beautiful villages, the unexplored Svaneti is for the curious eyeballs. The remarkable and significant city of Vardzia has a cave monastery that transformed into the house of 2000 monks. Stepantsminda is visitor’s most favourite destination. Commonly known as Kazbegi, Stepantsminda is an attractive valley at the foot of Mt. Kazbek with Tsminda Sameba Church guarding the valley. With growing visitors, roads, accommodations and facilities are now thriving here.

Davit Gareja is the most remarkable historical site of Georgia. An early bliss offers scenic views where chronicles of the Syrian father are narrated. Lavra and Udabno are the 2 most visited monasteries in Davit Gareja. Georgia’s tourism thrives not only on scenic beauties but summer resorts like Batumi as well. The charm of Batumi is overlooked by the Black sea cornices and resorts. Tusheti is all decked up horned goats and picturesque views. Tusheti is the least explored and the most mysterious region of Georgia.
